Shea with a Story
I started this brand in 2019 while breastfeeding my second child. Finding myself unsatisfied with the pregnancy and postpartum products available at leading health food stores, I decided it was time to formulate something better.
The shea butter we use is unfiltered- rich in vitamins A, E, F, and K. These vitamins promote healthy skin collagen production and improve moisture retention. We source our shea butter from Fair Tale Ghana - a community focused enterprise which uses fair trade principles to empower Ghanian women, families, and send Ghanian children to school.

Simple, organic, wild-harvested, and ethically sourced ingredients rated as safe for cosmetic use from the Environmental Working Group. In fact, many of our ingredients can be found in your kitchen cupboard!
Our packaging is made from fully reusable and recyclable glass bottles and aluminum lids. Peel those hemp paper labels off before you recycle.
8% of all profits are donated to non-profit organizations benefiting mothers, children and youth around the world, at our border, and here in the USA.
