Muscle Spray

Topically applied magnesium oil saved me during bouts of extremely painful leg cramps during the second and third trimesters of my pregnancy.

Magnesium spray is widely available but can be expensive and is very easy to make at home!

This is an extremely simple recipe that can also help you to stay within your skincare budget.

Approx time: 5 minutes

Ingredients/Materials:

1/2 cup distilled water

1/2 cup magnesium chloride flakes

glass spray bottle

Directions:

Boil distilled water

Transfer to a glass bowl containing the magnesium flakes

Stir until completely dissolved

Transfer to a spray bottle

Apply topically to the sore calf or thigh muscles.
